OUR PRACTICE
Our patient-centered approach will provide you with diabetes specialty services including diabetes self-management education, medical nutrition therapy and medical family therapy. We offer a wide range of downloadable glucose meters, continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps to meet your individual diabetic needs.
We are accepting new patients. Please complete the referral form and fax it to (252) 689-6304. Self-referrals are also welcomed.
